Hi There! I’m Leslie.

Random things about me:

I am a drink girly- you can count on me to always have at least 3 different kinds of beverages nearby! a tumbler of water, iced coffee, mug of hot tea, matcha, zevia soda, you name it!

My personality can be described as quirky, awkward, eccentric, funny, full of emotion, a determined resolve, get-things-done kind of person, with a hint of dilly-dallying, and meandering whimsy? As much as I try to be cool, demure, and chill, when it really comes down to me at my core, I’m the epitome of ‘doing-the-most’ and ‘maximalism.’

I have ADHD and Dyslexia which has been a big challenge in my life when it comes to this profession-since much of what I do is READING! But, I have spent many years learning about myself and my disabilities. And with support of teachers, medical professionals, therapists, and coaches, I have found ways to help my brain to function to accomplish my goals! I have worked very hard to be able to do what I do and it’s been a long journey to get to where I am today!

But I’m here now-And I love what I do!

In my personal life, I am a wife to a wonderful husband who has proven himself over and over again, to be the definition of my equal. Taking on the mental load and domestic tasks of our life equally with me. He takes all my crazy endeavors in stride and support!

I am a mother of 3 too-wonderful-to-be-real children who are 1, 6, and 8. Creating love & laughter in our home is one of my greatest joys! I love jumping on the trampoline with them, helping them with all their artistic and creative special interests and passions.

I enjoy family movie Fridays, reading together as a family, and family nature walks- as long as its not over 76 degrees!

I HATE the hot Texas weather so I stay indoors as much as possible in the summer- unless we are going to a pool or beach! Then count me in!

I play minecraft, animal crossing, super mario with my kids but, admittedly, sometimes I secretly play them alone or with my husband after the kids go to bed. - Shhh. Don't let them know!

I have an ENORMOUS love for reading! I read every day if I can! Last year I read over 200 books, which was crazy! About 1/2 of that was in audiobook form. Thank you audiobooks for helping me breeze through stories I love when I don't have time to sit down & read with my eye balls!!

I also love singing, playing the piano, interior design, obviously narration & voiceover, and so many other artistic expressions!
